Podcast and Film Festival

Back before the show launched the creators of Mind's Eye the fantasy webseries journeyed across the lands to various Comic conventions to pre-promote the show. One of the adventures lead them to a great pod cast group called "Sci-fi Saturday Night". The host team of the show invited Thomas Gofton, creator and star of the show to come on and chat about what to expect from the up and coming release of Season One.

SciFiSaturdayNIte

It was a great conversation and all involved had a fun time. Now, almost 6 months later, the folks of Sci-Fi Saturday Night have invited Thomas back for a recap of the first seasons launch as we approach the finale! Episode 24 - Forest for the trees. Tune in here to listen to the pod cast live on Saturday night, April 23rd at 8:00pm Eastern time.

Then, if you still haven't had enough Mind's Eye and you're interested in meeting the creators the show will exhibit several episodes live in a theater at the SharpCuts: Indie Music and Film Festival. The festival takes place in the show's home town and is expecting quite the homecoming. After, guests will be able to meet and greet with the creators and more. The location is the Synnema at 121 Wyndham Street N. Unit 106 in Guelph ON on Webseries Wednesday Night starting line up at 7pm.

Don't miss this one as well as other webseries from all over including the award winning "Out with Dad" and the L.A. great comedy "Night of the Zombie King".

Two great nights and two great Mind's Eye opportunities!

Central Canada Comic Con

What are you doing for Halloween? Well here is what the Cast and Crew of Mind's Eye will be doing...we'll be handing out promo along with delicious candy to all that come by the residence of some crew/cast. Creators Thomas Gofton and Tom Brown along with cast member Nathan Fryer (Young Darius) will be trekking all the way to Winnipeg, Manitoba to promote the show at the Central Canada Comic Con! We're excited to bring the show to central Canada! In addition, we're excited to announce Mind's Eye short story writer Hande Barutçuoğlu will be flying in from St. Johns, Newfoundland to meet with us and work on the short story compilation that will accompany the episode releases.

On Saturday night, from the hotel, in the fog of Devils night and cresting into the earliest hours of the morning of October 31st, we'll be proud to launch the Series Season One's Official Trailer! So if you're a night hawk then check it out as we go live with the trailer. If not...well enjoy a Sunday morning with the first real sample of the series. Soon after, November 26th will be the premiere episode!

Come by the booth and check us out!

A couple of rules for Halloween; 1 - Don't take candy from any shady shadows. 2 - If a big red demon approaches, he's probably wearing makeup. If not...run! 3 - Don't eat anything until your parents have approved of the candy. 4 - Always travel in groups and if possible travel with a couple of Dreamweavers. 5 - Remember - heroes with BLUE energy fields are GOOD. Those with PURPLE are BAD! And Finally, 6 - Look both ways before you cross the road...The shadows hand minions and cars can come out from both directions.

Happy Halloween Everyone!

Tether's End

Working on the crew of the Mind's Eye Series isn't all glitz and glamour... in fact it was mostly hard work and dedication. Need proof? Check out Thomas M. Gofton, Tom Brown, Aaron Soch, Sean Liu, and Nick Montgomery behind the camera, after a long day of juggling multiple roles on set. Despite fatigue, heavy costumes, and even one possible case of stomach flu, the gang was in good spirits as they finished off one of many action packed days on set.
