Wahh? He’s English? I always though he was some 40 year old Canadian guy with a cold.
Thanks,

Well when you take a Britt out of home, throw him in japan a few decades then slap him in America for about….150 years, let’s see who can keep a crisp sounding accent! lol
So he has magical powers to make guns materialize, can live 150 years, turn himself into a child and back into an adult at will, but can’t maintain an authentic accent? Considering his history is fiction wouldn’t have been easier to just write he was Canadian and avoid all the awkward barely there “British” accent, or actually use a British actor? Sorry for all the nitpicking, clearly i watch the show too much, I doubt the casual viewer would even pick up on these things and accents are a bit of a hobby for me, what if he was all Connery Scottish? Or had an evil twin who was, possible future sub plot?
Oops I’m rambling, sorry if I took up too much of your time, lol

No not at all! We love this kind of discussion. That is something that was thought of before making the show…..how to portray the character. The concept of Dreamweaving is going to get convos all over the place on why’s and why nots…It’s a power that isn’t really THAT controllable. The living for ever kind of thing is kind of a side effect of being slapped by the essence of the blooded demons and angels etc etc. Accents are always hard to play in films. I actually have a few friends that have basically not specified accents because of mutations. (You want a real bad one… check out the inconsistency between Koji and Young Koji!) I guess anything can happen! Scottish would be bad ass! Like a Wallace Dreamweaver with a heavy sword and blue paint and a war kilt!
